An Individual design, combining distinctive external finishes, from Polished Concrete Block, to vertical weathertex Ecogroove through to Corten Steel. 

The challenge with this design was that the aspect was to the south, with uninterrupted views over the Cambooya plans. Large southern windows are a concern because of the heat loss in the winter. The layout of this design counteracts this disadvantage to a large degree by adding large windows to the north to bring in winter sun. Also, the high louvered windows above the raked Dining/Lounge ceiling bring in further winter sun and encourage increased summer ventilation.
