A unique design for a sloping site, capturing the expansive views.
Description
When you have expansive views, but an extremely sloping site the design needs to be unique.
The layout was specifically designed in rectangular block shapes to suit the rows of supporting columns under the home. This design incorporates a garage, which is needed to be placed back from the edge of the slope on a concrete slab.
Within these rectangular spaces the orientation is still optimised with adequate northern and eastern exposure. The priority of course in this design is the uninterrupted viewing from the living area and the master bedroom. To add further to the efficiencies of this home the rear deck is only semi shaded to let in the northern sun.
